Brambleton Community Association (BCA)
2021 Board of Directors Election

The election of the resident members for the Board of Directors will be conducted as required by Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of the Articles of Incorporation and Section 3 of the Bylaws.

There are two ways that BCA owners are able to vote for a candidate in this year's election. Due to its great success during past elections and the current pandemic, online voting is the preferred method. Voting by proxy is an option as well.

At this year's Annual Meeting, in addition to the Director election, Association and Community related updates will be provided. The Annual Meeting is scheduled as follows:

Date and Place:		Tuesday, November 16, 2021 The 2021 BCA Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, November 16 at 7:00 p.m. through Zoom Webinar and be broadcast live on YouTube for the safety and health of all members, residents, and staff.
Time:		7:00 PM Annual Meeting Begins

Notice of the Annual Meeting will be mailed to all owners and will include the draft meeting agenda, a proxy, and voting instructions.

Online Voting Registration

If you are an eligible BCA Owner, and you wish to vote online, fill out the following registration form to be e-mailed a secure Voter ID and the location of the BCA online ballot. If you are an eligible BCA Owner whose ownership is listed as an LLC, business, trust, or other legal entity instead of your personal name, and you wish to vote online, please contact the Association at HOA@Brambleton.org to obtain special voter registration instructions.

Registration Instructions

1. Only one owner per residence may register and vote.
2. Your Voter ID will be sent to the e-mail address entered below. Add an optional additional e-mail address for other owners in your residence, or to insure the receipt of the Voter ID and the location of the BCA online ballot.

The secure Voter ID will only be accepted on a single cast ballot. Please verify your choices before casting your ballot.

The Voter ID will be e-mailed immediately to you upon successful registration. Check to make sure any SPAM filters or other e-mail security software will allow you to receive e-mail from Brambleton@Balloteer.com.
