Request Unique Voter Registration Code
If you are an eligible Scrum Alliance member, and you wish to vote online, fill out the following request form to be e-mailed your unique voter registration code and the
location of the online voting ballot.
Instructions:
- You will need to enter information below that exactly matches official Scrum Alliance membership records.
- Your unique voter registration code will be sent to your e-mail address.
- The unique registration code will only be accepted on a single cast ballot. Please verify your choices before casting your ballot. You will not be able to change your vote after it is submitted.
- The unique registration code will be e-mailed immediately to you upon successful submission of this request form. Check to make sure any SPAM filters or other e-mail security
software will allow you to receive e-mail from scrum-voting@balloteer.com.
